Can I change my ordered after placing it?

Yes, as per our return/refund policy, you will be able to change your order as long as we have not fulfilled it yet. Please send us an email using our Contact Us page with the full name and email address used to place the order, as well as your order number and what you would like to change.

Have not received my order yet?

We expect orders to arrive within 3 - 5 business days after the order is placed. If you have not received your order within 7 days after placing it, or you received a notification of delivery and have not received the package, please reach out to our support team using our Contact Us page.

I am not getting the results I am hoping for, do you offer returns or refunds?

Thank you for reaching out, I am sorry to hear that our products are not giving you the results you were hoping for. If you would like to discuss a plant care plan, we can hopefully get your plants back into shape! Please reach out to our support team using our Contact Us page.

If you would like to return a product for a refund, we offer returns/exchanges for up to 30 days after purchase.
